Atefeh Elyas is a driven and ambitious individual who is currently pursuing a degree in business administration at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Balancing her studies and professional growth, Atefeh has been working full-time at Gray Group Design, a prominent staging company in San Clemente, California.
With a remarkable journey that began when she independently moved to the United States at the age of 18, Atefeh's unwavering determination has propelled her professional growth. After obtaining her interior design certificate, she embarked on her career in Home Staging, quickly establishing herself as a valuable asset. Soon after joining the team, by demonstrating exceptional skills in inventory management, proposal writing, and collaborating with the design and creative teams, she was promoted to a designer role.
As a designer, Atefeh honed her expertise in space planning and furniture selection, showcasing her creativity through admired designs that resonated with clients. Recognizing her leadership potential and proven track record, she was entrusted with the role of lead designer. In this position, she successfully managed multiple projects, overseeing the logistics team and assuming the primary client liaison role on-site.
Under the mentorship of her employer, Natalie Gray, Atefeh has gained valuable insights into business management, branding, and client relationship building. These skills have shaped her approach to future roles and have enabled her to maintain her creative spirit while developing a strong foundation in business management and marketing.
